Refunds/Cancellations Policy

At Cresolz ("we," "our," "us"), we strive to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refunds and Cancellations Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Service-Specific Terms

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the specific terms outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of engagement. Please refer to the agreement for additional details.

2. Refunds Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If a service is not delivered within the agreed timeline due to issues on our end.

  • If the scope of work is not initiated and a refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment.

b. Non-Refundable Payments:

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Deposits or advance payments made to secure a project.

  • Payments for completed services or deliverables approved by the client.

  • Payments for customized or one-time services where work has already commenced.

c. Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted if the client decides to cancel a service midway, provided significant work has not been completed.

3. Cancellations Policy

a. Requesting a Cancellation:

Clients may request cancellations by contacting us at ask@cresolz.com. Cancellations will be processed as follows:

  • Before Work Commences: Full refund of any payments made.

  • After Work Commences: Refund eligibility will depend on the percentage of work completed.

b. Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations may incur a fee to cover administrative and operational costs, which will be detailed in the service agreement.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used within 5-7 working days after processing.

  • Clients will be notified via email once the refund is processed.

5. Exceptions

Refunds and cancellations are not applicable under the following scenarios:

  • Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary information or approvals.

  • Dissatisfaction with design or creative preferences after multiple revisions exceeding the agreed scope.

  • Force majeure events, including natural disasters, technical failures, or other events beyond our control.
